About

I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Masters of Social Work and am practicing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have experience working with adolescents, families, and adults in multiple treatment settings, such as partial, intensive outpatient, outpatient, and in-home. I am currently accepting individual clients who are over 18 years old.

I emphasize evidence-based approaches to treat concerns such as anxiety and depression, stress, relationship issues, trauma, life transitions, addiction/substance use, perinatal mental health, and pregnancy loss. The primary modalities I use include Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Treatment (SFBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I am conducting virtual sessions with clients located in both Pennsylvania and Florida, and I see clients in person in Gainesville.

Please contact me with any questions and we can decide if we are the right fit to work together.

I have also been quoted in popular media articles such as 4 Ways To Be More Considerate Of Sober People During The Holidays.
