Client Portals


A secure electronic health record software, SimplePractice, is used to manage clients documents, records, and payments. New clients will be emailed a link to their client portal to complete consent and intake forms. Clients will have access consent forms, assessments, practice policies, releases, and any other documents you have signed. Clients can also make payments and provide payment information.

Clients with United Healthcare, Oscar Health, Oxford, and Aetna insurance plans are able to provide their insurance information and be billed through Headway.
